The IEEE SIGHT Daffodil International University Student Branch (DIU SB) Group brings together students, faculty, and local professionals. We partner with underserved communities in savar, Savar, savar, savar, and surrounding areas to deploy low-cost, sustainable technology solutions.

All active students, faculty members, and alumni of Daffodil International University are welcome to join. Both IEEE members and non-IEEE members are highly encouraged to participate in our humanitarian projects.
No, adding the SIGHT membership to your existing IEEE student/professional membership is completely free. Non-IEEE student volunteers can also join our local activities free of charge.
We focus heavily on local humanitarian needs such as Clean Water Access (solar water purifiers), Smart Agriculture (IoT soil monitors), STEM outreach (coding/robotics teaching in Savar primary schools), and renewable energy solutions.
You can submit your idea through our 'Pitch a Project' link on this website or email us directly. The executive committee will review the proposal and guide you on recruiting volunteers, acquiring hardware components, and seeking funding grants.
Active volunteers who participate in field trips, coding campaigns, or project assemblies will receive official certificates of appreciation issued by the IEEE SIGHT DIU Student Branch Group.
